member countries (“EU Persons”), that is within the scope of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, that
is received by The Training Hub and its associated group of companies from the European Union,

The Training Hub and its associated group of companies’Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Servicesfor hosting purposes. TheTraining Hubwill automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit The Training Hub and its associated group of companies’websites. The Training Hub and its associated group of companies donot store this information.
