Overview

The Warner interviewing principles are safer ways to conduct the recruitment process in the care industry. This course will teach you the methods of the Warner interviewing principles, from what questions to ask potential candidates, ways that you can prepare candidates before the interview, and what steps to take after the interview. This course will also explain what qualities the interviewer should have to conduct the Warner interview correctly.
