We always aim to process your order immediately if an online order, face to face training is usually the same day or, at the latest, the day after the order has been placed. However, this is not guaranteed. Once the order has been received by the team, it normally takes up to 2 working days to confirm. We will nevertheless send you an e-mail (if an e-mail address has been given) to let you know when your order has been accepted.
On average, more than 97% of our requests are accepted on the day of request. Some, however, are susceptible to conditions outside of our control. On the few occasions that this may happen, it is more than likely that your request will be delayed. We will then do our best to locate your training request.

Payment of an invoice rendered to the Client by The Training Hub is to be paid strictly paid by proforma or within 30 calendar days of the date of the issued invoice (subject to The Training Hub discretion). If payment is made within 30 calendar days, there shall be a discount for prompt payment.
If payment is made beyond the 30 calendar day period, The Training Hub’s charges shall be at its full rates which are as follows: £50 for each training credit invoiced plus VAT/£1500 for each bolt-on invoiced plus VAT/£750 per face to face training session invoiced plus VAT.
Payment plans are offered at our discretion. All discounts will be withdrawn should payment not be received within 30 calendar days of being due. Default credit price is £50 per credit. For bolt-on purchases, the price is £1500 per bolt-on. For each day your invoice is overdue, we will apply a charge of 8% per day.
All late payments have a reoccurring admin charge of £30 per month.
Any incentive accessed will be re-charged at the list price. This relates to free credits & face to face vouchers.
The free online courses we offer every 8 weeks can be used without a credit being taken, and any learner allocated the course while they are free has up to 90 calendar days before the free course will disappear. If the free course is completed, it will be logged permanently within the client and learner account as normal. Paid courses never expire.
Free access to mandatory online training is given at our discretion and will only be applicable from the date of the booking and not an extension of any current mandatory online access you may have.
Unless otherwise agreed, you shall pay our invoice in full and in cleared funds and without deduction or set-off, within 30 calendar days of the date of this invoice by BACS to the following account:
Payment can also be made via debit or credit card via Paypal or cheque.
It is at the company discretion to revoke the 30 calendar day payment terms and request an invoice to be proforma.
View the technical specifications required to use the Learning Platform or telephone our Customer Services team. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility or liability for your failure to use all or part of the Learning Platform due to your computer system not meeting the specifications required to utilise the Services. We are under no obligation to provide the Services by an alternative means if your computer system does not meet the specifications required to utilise the Services.
Unlimited Access is for every adult working in that requires genuine use for their duties within the sector they have an account with. Clients are prohibited from re-selling or granting access to anyone outside of their establishment. The Training Hub Group reserve the right to limit or deny access to users found to be in breach of these conditions.
The Training Hub offers a Fair Refund Policy Equitable Upon purchasing any of our training services.
Should you purchase an online course, package or bundle of credits, you have the right to claim a full refund within 7 calendar days. Refunds need to be requested in writing to payments@thetraininghub.co.uk.
Should any of the credits within the package/bundle or Online courses purchased have been started or completed then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge for the credits used at the individual price per credit.
To receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing your bundle or package you must not have started, allocated or used any of your credits.
No refunds will be given on any Online courses that have been completed and signed off.
All face to face training booked must be cancelled 7 calendar days before the session taking place. Otherwise, 100% of the cost will be charged.
Customers may place an order with us through our website concerning the Services sold on our website. We will send a welcome email acknowledging your purchase, which constitutes the start of the contract between us to provide our Services to you.
