The research underpinning this course has reaffirmed the importance of relationships within supervision and of developing an effective style of supervision. This course is a comprehensive guide to understanding how social work supervision works and the various components it is made up of. The course will also highlight the role of the Form F Assessor, as well as the skills required to carry out their tasks, and how to supervise them effectively.

The learning objectives are as follows:

  • To be aware of the role of the Form F Assessor
